Working Principle Laser tube cutting machine is a high-precision processing equipment used for cutting metal and non-metallic tubes. It mainly uses a high-energy laser beam to irradiate the surface of the tube, and the high heat of the laser causes the tube to be partially melted or vaporized, thereby achieving the purpose of cutting. The following is the working principle of the laser tube cutting machine: 1. **Laser generation**: - The laser generates a high-power laser beam. Common types of lasers include fiber lasers, CO2 lasers, and solid-state lasers. 2. **Laser transmission**: - The laser is transmitted to the cutting head through an optical fiber or a reflector group. The cutting head contains a focusing lens that focuses the laser beam to a very small point to achieve high energy density. 3. **Focusing and positioning**: - The laser cutting head can move precisely along the X, Y, and Z axes to achieve a variety of complex cutting paths and graphics. The CNC (computer numerical control) system is used to control the precise movement of the laser head and the beam output. 4. **Cutting process**: - When the focused laser beam is irradiated on the surface of the tube, the material will quickly absorb the laser energy, locally heat up and reach the melting point or vaporization point, causing the material to melt or vaporize to form a slit. - During the cutting process, combustion-supporting gas (such as oxygen, nitrogen or air) will be ejected from the cutting head, which helps to blow away the melted or vaporized material and make the slit clean. 5. **Assisted gas**: - The auxiliary gas can not only enhance the cutting process, but also protect the focusing lens from damage caused by material splashing.
